This Agreement supersedes the terms and conditions contained in any correspondence relating to the subject matter of this Agreement exchanged between the Agent or any of the Banks and the Borrowers or their representatives prior to the date of this Agreement. It shall be read in conjunction with the Agent's General Terms and Conditions (a copy of which is attached at Schedule 3 and which shall form an integral part hereof). In the case of any conflict between this Agreement and the said General Terms and Conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.
