This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 12, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Travelzoo Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) with principal corporate offices at 590 Madison Avenue, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10022, and CJ Kettler, whose address is currently xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xx xxxxx (“Employee”). The Company and Employee are at certain times each referred to herein as a Party, and collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
