FIVE-YEAR REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 13, 2006, among INTERNATIONAL LEASE FINANCE CORPORATION, a California corporation (herein called the “Company”), the financial institutions listed on the signature pages hereof (herein, together with their respective successors and assigns, collectively called the “Banks” and individually each called a “Bank”) and CITICORP USA, INC.
