APPLICATION AND PROMISSORY NOTE: I hereby apply to John Deere Construction & Forestry Company (together with its assigns, the "Lender") for a Loan in the amount of the Principal Balance shown below. The amount of the unpaid balance on line 3 is to be used to finance the Balance Due on the purchase order executed in connection with the purchase from the Seller of the equipment described below (the "Goods").
