This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 30th day of July, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BCB Community Bank, a New Jersey chartered bank (the “Bank”), with its principal offices at Bayonne, New Jersey, and DONALD MINDIAK (“Executive”). Any reference to the “Company,” shall mean BCB Bancorp, Inc., or any successor thereto.

This Acknowledgment and Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 30, 2012, and is made by and between BCB Bancorp, Inc., (“BCB”) a New Jersey corporation and bank holding company, BCB Community Bank (the “Bank”), a New Jersey chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of BCB, and DONALD MINDIAK (the “Executive”).
