This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) effective this 5th day of October 2018 is between Calvert Research and Management (“Adviser”), a Massachusetts business trust, and Hermes Investment Management Limited (“Sub-Adviser”) a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales and registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (“Advisers Act”) and authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom and any successor regulator (“FCA”).
