THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of April 5, 2006, by and between Delta Financial Corporation (the “Company”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal offices at 1000 Woodbury Road, Suite 200, Woodbury, New York 11797 and the purchaser whose name and address is set forth on the signature page hereof (the “Purchaser”).
