All capitalized terms not herein defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in that certain Preliminary Prospectus, dated [ ], 2022, of the Trust, including all attachments, schedules and exhibits thereto (the “Prospectus”) included in Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-239150) (the “Registration Statement”).
