Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Contract to the contrary, the following provisions shall apply.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Contract to the contrary, the following provisions shall apply.

If this is a group contract, the “Owner” includes the Participant and the “Contract” includes the Participant’s Certificate. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Code Section 403(b), which are part of the Contract and are summarized in this Endorsement.
