AGREEMENT made as of the 7th day of January, 1997, by and between PROGRAMMING ALTERNATIVES OF MINNESOTA, INC., a Minnesota corporation, (hereafter "Employer") and FRANK LENTZ (hereafter "Employee"). In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties agree as follows: EMPLOYMENT: 1.
