This INTERCORPORATE SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), effective as of January 1, 1995, amends and supersedes that certain Intercorporate Services Agreement dated as of January 1, 1994 by and between CONTRAN CORPORATION ("Contran"), a Delaware corporation, and KEYSTONE CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES, INC. ("Recipient"), a Delaware corporation.
