Herbert Boydstun (“Executive”), Hibernia Corporation, a Louisiana corporation (the “Company”), and Hibernia National Bank, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States (the “Bank” and, together with the Company, sometimes referred to herein as “Hibernia”).
