THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of February 3, 2023 (this “Amendment”), is entered into among FLOWSERVE CORPORATION, a New York corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
