This Federated Bank Mobile Deposit Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions for use of the Mobile Deposit Service (the “Service”) that Federated Bank provides to you. Before you can enroll in and have access to the Service, you must enroll in the Online Service and execute the Federated Bank Online Banking Services Agreement (the “Online Banking Agreement”), as well as accept the Federated Bank Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions upon utilizing Mobile Banking for the first time, and these Agreements are both hereby incorporated by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. Other agreements you have entered into with the Bank in connection with your Federated Bank accounts and other services, including but not limited to, as applicable, the Consumer Deposit Account Agreement with associated Terms and Conditions, Business Deposit Account Agreement with associated Terms and Conditions, Funds Availability Disclosure, Ability to Withdraw Funds Agreement,
