This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between eWater Limited (ACN 115 422 903) of Room A44, Building 22, The University of Canberra, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory 2601, Australia (eWater) (Licensor) and the person or entity (End User) who purchased eWater’s MUSIC software and, if applicable, MUSIC-link software (the Software). Each person who uses the Software under the authority or control of the End User and who accepts or is deemed to accept the terms and conditions of this EULA is referred to as a User. Where End User acquires MUSIC-link, the terms of this EULA incorporate the terms of the ‘MUSIC-link agreement.
