This Agreement is made and entered into as of December 21, 2021, by and between the City of Winters, a California municipal corporation with its principal place of business at 318 First Street, Winters, CA 95694 (“City”), and City Management Advisors, LLC., a limited liability company dba Peckham & McKenney, with its principal place of business at 300 Harding Boulevard, Suite 203D, Roseville, CA 95678 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
