This is a contract with us to list your Collectibles on the Site (“Listings”). Consumers of Collectibles may browse the Listings and purchase Collectibles instantly or at auction (“Buyers”). Your Listings are offers by you to transfer the listed Collectible to a Buyer in exchange for money, and acceptance of that offer is made when a Buyer pays the purchase price or makes the highest bid for that Collectible (“Transaction”).
