This BWI International Prepaid Visa Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your BWI International Prepaid Visa, which includes both the temporary BWI International Prepaid Visa that you Leased online (“Temporary Card”), as well as the personalized reloadable version of your BWI International Prepaid Visa (“Personalized Reloadable Card”) that you receive after you successfully complete the registration-probationary-period, and the BWI International Prepaid Visa account accessed by your Card (“Account”). THIS IS NOT A GIFT CARD.
