Memorandum of Agreement Between the Highlands County Board of County Commissioners and the Healthy Start Coalition ofMemorandum of Agreement • June 13th, 2017
This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is herby entered into between the Highlands County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and the Healthy Start Coalition of Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation (COALITION). This MOA shall be effective on the date signed by both parties and will remain in effect through two years from date of signature not to exceed June 30, 2018. This MOA may be renewed every two years thereafter by mutual written consent of the parties hereto.
