This Subaward Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Secretary of Transportation, Kansas Department of Transportation (“KDOT”) (the “Secretary”), and the Wichita Police Department (“Subrecipient”) collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall govern certain activities and responsibilities to be carried out by the Subrecipient on behalf of the Secretary, a grantee of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (“NHTSA”).
