This Bluetooth Patent/Copyright License Agreement (the “License”) is made by and between the Company identified in the “Company’s Legal Name” field on the membership application (“Company”) and each Promoter Member of Bluetooth SIG, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Bluetooth SIG”). This License will become effective upon the date that Bluetooth SIG issues a written notice to Company (which may be delivered by email) that Company’s application for membership in Bluetooth SIG has been accepted by Bluetooth SIG (the “Effective Date”).
