This Performance Certificate (“Certificate”) is executed on June 8, 2023, by and between the Idaho Public Charter School Commission (the “Authorizer”) and Palouse Prairie Educational Organization, doing business as Palouse Prairie Charter School or PPCS (the “Charter Holder”) for the purpose of operating Palouse Prairie Charter School (the “School”), an independent public school organized as an Idaho nonprofit corporation and established under the Public Charter Schools Act of 1998, Idaho Code section 33-5201 et seq., as amended (the “Charter Schools Act”).
