This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) dated March 22, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), sets forth the terms agreed upon by and between the Alameda County Fire Department (“ACFD”) and Falck Northern California Corp. ("Falck”). Each of ACFD and Falck shall be referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties".
