This Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into the 6th day of July, 2012, between the Mojave Water Agency, a self-governing special water district duly organized and operating pursuant to the Mojave Water Agency Law, California Water code Appendix Section 97 (“Agency”) on the one hand and the Joshua Basin Water District (“District”) on the other hand.
