The Illinois Emergency Management Agency (Grantor), with its principal office at 2200 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, Illinois 62703, and County of McHenry (Grantee), with its principal office at 2200 N. Seminary Ave, Woodstock, Illinois 60098-2637 and payment address (if different than principal office) at 2200 N. Seminary Ave, Woodstock, Illinois 60098-2637 hereby enter into this Intergovernmental GrantAgreement (Agreement). Grantor and Grantee are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
