This AMENDED INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made as of April 1, 2015 (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”), by and between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of New York ("Niagara Mohawk"), and General Mills Operations, LLC, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware ("Producer"). (Collectively, Producer and Niagara Mohawk may be referred to as the "Parties" or "Party's", or individually, as a "Party.")
