This Two-Way Wireless Type 1/Type 2 Interconnection Agreement (the “Agreement”), is by and between CenturyTel of Alabama dba CenturyLink, with its address for purposes of this Agreement at 100 CenturyLink Drive, Monroe, Louisiana 71203 (”CenturyLink”), and Pine Belt Cellular, Inc. dba Pine Belt Wireless, a Commercial Mobile Radio Service ("CMRS") provider which operates pursuant to licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC"), with its address for this Agreement at 3984 CR 32, PO Box 279, Arlington, AL 36722(“Pine Belt”),CenturyLink and Pine Belt being referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”). This Agreement covers services in the State of Alabama only (the “State”).
