The City of Seattle, Seattle Office of Housing (HO), is entering into an agreement with AMERICAN METER & APPLIANCE for products and services to support the HomeWise Refrigerator Replacement Program. Seattle Office of Housing seeks a contractor that is capable of receiving an order placed for refrigerator replacement, delivering a new, approved refrigerator to the customer, removing of the old refrigerator and disposing of the old refrigerator in accordance with laws and regulations as specified in this request for proposal. Customers are low-income, and many are disabled, frail or elderly. Exemplary customer service based on care, patience and sensitivity is essential in working with this customer population.
