This agreement is entered into by and between the City of Abilene (City), and United Way of Abilene (United Way). The City and the United Way may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." The programs of the parties will be the duties of CityLink for the City and 2-1-1 Texas A Call for Help for United Way.
