THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between plaintiff Tessa Owen, individually and in her representative capacity as a plaintiff on behalf of the class of persons defined below (“Plaintiff”), and defendant L’Occitane, Inc. (“L’Occitane” or “Defendant”). Plaintiff and Defendant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
