This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Cullum GSP 081, LP, with respect to the Property located at 997 & 999 Victor Hill Road, Greer, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 5.73 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 5-24-00-043.04 and 5- 24-00-043.05. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of July 5, 2019, and any amendments thereto, by Cullum GSP 081, LP, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
