This Amendment One to the Memorandum of Understanding Creating the Russian River Watershed Association is made and entered into pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Section 6500, et seq. by and between the parties to the Memorandum of Understanding Creating the Russian River Watershed Association. In accordance with subparagraph B.6(c) of the Memorandum of Understanding Creating the Russian River Watershed Association, this Amendment One will take effect and bind the parties to the Memorandum of Understanding Creating the Russian River Watershed Association upon approval of the governing bodies of 4/5's of the parties to that Memorandum of Understanding. Such approval shall be evidenced by the signatures of the authorized representatives of such parties in Exhibit A, which is attached to and made a part of this Amendment One.
