The SilverScript Referral Program is available to (“Company”) agents who are not contracted to market or sell SilverScript Prescription Drug Products (“PDPs”) but who identify Medicare-eligible or soon-to-be eligible clients interested in learning more about SilverScript PDP Products (“Referral Agents”). This Agreement between Company and Referral Agent describes the terms and conditions of the SilverScript Referral Program.
