This Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the direct exchange of Local Traffic between wireline carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 10th day of October, 2001 (the “Effective Date”), by and between LaValle Telephone Cooperative , with principal offices at 108 West Main Street, LaValle, Wisconsin 53941 and TECH COM INC. , with principal offices at 202 North East Street, Blue River, Wisconsin 53518. LaValle Telephone Cooperative and TECH COM INC. are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
