By the signatures of their duly authorized representatives below, the Superion, LLC entity identified below (“Superion”) and the customer identified below (“Customer”), intending to be legally bound, agree to all of the provisions of this Order (the “Order”), and agree that this Order represents a separate contract between such Superion entity and Customer, with an order execution date of the latest date shown on the signature page below (“Order Execution Date”) and order effective date of the first of the month following the Order Execution Date (“Order Effective Date”). This Order incorporates and is governed by all of the terms of the Superion Standard Terms and Conditions version 2016 January, attached hereto as Exhibit 3 (“SST”) as if the Superion entity was “Superion” and Customer was “Customer” thereunder.
