This Grant Agreement is entered into by and between the Florida Department of Management Services (the “Department” or “DMS”) and Sumter County BOCC (“Grantee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The terms of this document supplement the terms and conditions contained in in W Form 1A, Application for the E911 Rural County Grant Program or W Form 3A, Application for the 911 Grant Programs (hereinafter the “Application”), and the Grantee’s award letter.
