government-owned business within the meaning of Article X, § 20(2)(d) of the Colorado Constitution organized pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 37-45.1-101 et seq. and owned by the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, whose address is 220 Water Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado 80513, hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise, enter into this Intergovernmental Agreement (“Recreation Lease”) for the purpose of permitting Larimer County to assume the responsibility of administering lands and facilities at the Enterprise's Chimney Hollow Reservoir for public recreation purposes. The parties hereto have executed this Recreation Lease on , 2020 and will abide with the terms and provisions expressed or referenced herein.
