THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of January, 2009, by and between the Road, Bridges, and Airport Contractors (“Employer”) working in the jurisdiction of Local Union #692 -Area #165, Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons of Hammond, Indiana and Vicinity (“Union”). Hammond jurisdiction is Lake County except for the Northeastern section lying North of Crown Point and East of Griffith, and all of Newton County, and shall be referred to as “Hammond, Indiana and Vicinity”.
