This agreement ("Precedent Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 30th day of November 2020, by and between Northern Natural Gas Company, a Delaware corporation ("Northern"), and Flint Hills Resources Arthur, LLC, a limited liability company ("Customer"). Northern and Customer are sometimes referred to herein individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
