It is hereby declared, that an Open ended-end Scheme in the form of a trust in the name and title of “Askari Islamic Asset Allocation Fund””, is hereby created and as a Shariah Compliant Scheme with the primary investment objective to provide investors with attractive income and long-term capital growth, primarily by investing in a diversified portfolio of private and public fixed-income and equity instruments, as permissible under the NBFC Regulations. The Management Company is hereby appointed to establish, manage, operate and administer the Trust and the Trustee is hereby nominated, constituted and appointed as the trustee of the Trust.
