This In-Flight Connectivity Services Agreement is made effective as of the date of execution set forth on the signature page below (the “Effective Date”), between American Airlines, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 4333 Amon Carter Blvd., Fort Worth, Texas 76155 (“American” or “AA”), and Gogo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 1250 N.
