These Terms and Conditions and the Master Service Agreement constitute an agreement (the "Agreement") between Unity Connected Solutions Inc. (“UNITY”), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and/or licensors of Flexfone and the end-­‐user customer ("Customer", "you" or "user") for Flexfone services, internet service, facsimile, and related services ("Service" or "Services") associated with your assigned account ("Account"). Use of the Services constitutes an agreement between you and Unity.
