EMPLOYEES: The agreement applies to employees employed by NSW Maritime) who are engaged under the State in the service of the Crown. The ters of this Agreement shall apply to all staff employed pursuant to Chapter 1A of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 in the Maritime Authority Division of the Government Service of NSW, within the exception of the Chief Executive Officer and the members of the Senior Executive Service.
