Key Issues Standing orders were last reviewed and agreed by the board in November 2019 following the reissuing of the model versions by Welsh Government. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been necessary to change the way governance arrangements operate within the health board and across NHS Wales. As such, Welsh Government has issued proposed revisions to the standing orders to reflect this.
