This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Arlington, Texas (“TIF BOARD”), as established by the City of Arlington, a Texas municipal corporation of Tarrant County, Texas (“CITY”), and GREYSTAR GP II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (hereinafter called “DEVELOPER”). DEVELOPER and TIF BOARD may be referred to jointly herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
