This Google Apps for Education Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Google Inc. (“Google”), with offices at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043 and Texas A&M University, with an address at 3363 TAMU, College Station, Texas 77843 (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Customer’s access to and use of the Services and will be effective as of the Effective Date.
