This Master Services Contract for Janitorial Services for Port of Corpus Christi Executive Administration Building (the “Contract”) is made and entered into effective as of the 1st day of November, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas (“Authority”), and Ace Communications LTD Co. dba ACE Global (“Janitor”), each a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
