This Commercial Lease Agreement (“ Lease”) made this day of 2015 (the "Effective Date"), between City of Mankato, a municipal corporation (" Landlord"), and State of Minnesota, acting through its Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (" MnSCU") on behalf of Minnesota State University, Mankato ("MSU"), located at 238 Wigley Administration Center, Mankato, Minnesota. MnSCU and MSU are jointly referred to as (“ Tenant”).
