This Data Processing Agreement and its schedules (“DPA”) forms part of the Applitools Agreement (the “Agreement”). You acknowledge that you, on behalf of [ ] incorporated under law, with its principal offices located at (“Organization”) (collectively, ”You”, ”Your”, “Client”, or “Data Controller”) have read and understood and agree to comply with this DPA, and are entering into a binding legal agreement with Applitools Inc. as defined below (“Applitools”, ”Us”, ”We”, ”Our”, “Service Provider” or “Data Processor”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (as such terms are defined below) of GDPR-protected individuals. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
