between the CITY OF DIXON, a municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), DIXON INDOOR FARMING PROPERTIES LLC, a California limited liability company (“Owner”), and EMERALD CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, a California limited liability company (“Tenant”). Owner and Tenant may be referred to herein individually as “Developer” or collectively as the “Developers.” City, Owner, or Tenant may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” There are no other parties to this Agreement.
